The interview process is a one day process. It involves short, fifteen minute sessions with various levels of management and lead engineers, primarily in the department you are applying for. A short tour of their facility is also given, usually by the division manager with the open position. Lead engineers typically just asked about background experience, while the managers asked more detailed scenario questions.

Interview was in person with a panel representative of the group you would be working with. Fairly generic interview and then discussion with HR. Was then negotiating salary and they said they would contact me later that week to discuss further but they never reached out or responded to an email follow up
