Personality based, does not ask hard or tricky technical questions. You do need to describe technology and projects you've worked on. They will look up your social media but are not aggressive about things.

Interview
They will ask you to relate your job experience. Be prepared to answer general questions about your experience in the type of work they are hiring you to perform. They will give you a tour of the facility, a group interview that will include the director of division, a project manager, and maybe a senior engineer. The senior engineer is only included if the program manager does not have experience in your field of work. It ends with HR giving you a sales pitch on the work benefits.
