The interview was conducted in 3-steps. Initially with the Human Resource manager for an overview. The 2nd interview was with the agencies Client Success manager. the 3rd interview was with the president of the agency. The CCO was scheduled but didn't attend. ALL of the interviews were via ZOOM. The agency was very accommodating on scheduling of the interviews.

They reach out to you via email and say they want to interview you. They want you an application that includes sensitive information. Then no one in the company responds. Read the review from a previous employee on the reviews section. Sounds like a nightmare internally.
