      Sales Interview

      24 Jul 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Westlake Village, Los Angeles, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at MDF Instruments (Westlake Village, Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2017

      Interview

Like no interview I've ever had before. Very comfortable setting in a small office. My interview started in the lobby because the conference room was in use... had a very casual conversation that made me feel more comfortable about the whole process. I could tell the point of the interview was to seek out my personality type and how well I would fit into the company. They ask questions that seem more personal- not too many behavioral questions. Although some of the questions can be tricky, do not hesitate to be completely honest with your answers. They want to see if you can respond without having disbelief in your own confidence.

Why would you want to work for us and not a corporate company?
