The interview process with MD Financial is a multi-step process. Typically Consisting of a phone interview, then several 1 on 1 interviews with different members of the executive team. If you make it to an interview with Peter, your odds are good.
You will take a Kolbe Profile quiz which addresses how you solve problems. It is a very quick quiz.
During one of the 1 on 1 interviews there will be a break out session for you to meet with existing team members to get a feel for the current culture.
