MCQ Group interview questions

The advertisement was placed on Seek. I was selected for an interview after submitting cover letter & CV. The position was to take over from the person conducting the interview. This person was tired of this job and wanted out so there was about a month to learn from this person and then this person would be on telephone contact. The position was not an overly active one. The computer system seemed to be the biggest issue. It was a proprietary system with poor reporting. The interviewer had found a way to go into the back of the software and make changes. No follow up of past or ongoing projects had been possible due to this computer system so the company (stormwater drainage contractor) was unable to compare tender prices with actual. In the interviewer's words it was not or had not been attempted to see where the company may have been going wrong in its pricing or to keep check on any overruns.
