Interview process with MCC was well organized. Once my phone screen was completed I was able to come onsite very quickly. Interviewers were on time, friendly and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered and I received an offer quickly.

3 steps - 2 phone interviews (HR Manager & Regional HR Manager)
On-site Interview with team members and tour of facility - included meeting with 4 team members also had a call the following week with an additional team member I would be working very closely with.
