Application process was online. Got invited to interview alongside other candidates where things like a company overview were given along with some other presentations. There was a group excersise and then individual interviews with 2 current employees.
My main advice would be to brush up on your Company Knowledge. That took up a lot of the interview time and they are easy points!
A lot of the questions were pretty standard stuff.

Application, then an Online assessment. Then Job simulation assessment was a mix of video and typed answers. Mostly situational questions and how you'd react to changes in several contexts such as setting up charity events.
