Prima si fa un colloquio conoscitivo con l'HR, dopodiché, se lo si passa, si va allo step tecnico. Qui ci sono due capetti di mbda del settore specifico che ti tartassano di domande teoriche e pratiche soprattutto sui progetti che hai messo nel cv. Ripassarsi bene le domande qui di Glassdoor perché l'impostazione è sempre la stessa.

Domande che riguardavano le basi di TCP e UDP, cosa utilizzavo tra i due in un progetto, lo schema ISO/OSI in generale, cosa significano public, private, protected, ereditarietà e polimorfismo con esempi, liste, come progetteresti un ascensore
First there was a written application questions asking you about yourself and suitability for the role. This was followed by online assessments consisting of numerical tests and situational judgment and personality tests. The situational component included recording video responses to certain situations.

Interview
Over-all positive and wouldn't be averse to applying to the company again in the future however reading between the lines of what they were saying did however give some doubt. Got the impression that they would be quite unflexible, salary would be "competitive" (ie the minumum they could get away with) and career progression might be slow.
