MASISA interview questions

A highly respected recruiting agency organised the interview. A very cool interview process, dealing directly with the Country Manager and focused on my experience as Production & Operations Director. On the final interview a Panel of two people asking questions over Skype, regarding projects and experience, they were very confident that I was the person they were looking for at the time but they expected more experience in Plant Development, especially regarding infrastructure and annual budget size. Their feedback was very good and the offered to get in touch again when a position in the Operations area becomes available.
