Nearly 2 months in waiting between application sent and interview. First with HR officer telling general information about the company, followed by a technical interview with 2 lead designers. At the end of the interview, the HR surprised me to by telling that I had to wait a week for a second interview because apparently the company already had a more favorable candidate but still want me as a backup. 2 weeks later I received an email saying I need to call the HR, who then told me I didn't get the position and the reasons why.
The HR at time seemed to be busy interviewing many candidates concurrently, constantly looking at his watch trying to be on time. I was twice left alone waiting with nothing to do in-between. Overall, I found the recruitment process not very transparent. Not recommended this company.
