MAPP interview questions

After being approached by a recruiter and asked if I could change my first-stage interview from online to an in-person one, I had a pleasant interview experience with two people at the London office. Unfortunately after calling and emailing I never received any feedback from MAPP nor their recruiter agency. I felt as though the interview was decent, got asked my availability to start and for second stage interviews. Nevertheless, if it went poorly I would still expect at least one piece of correspondence following an in-person interview. Feels unprofessional and out of touch with the values MAPP professes.
