About an hour long interview. Very comfortable. Program manager discussed his program and the company and then asked me to share info about myself. Just felt like a normal conversation.

Straightforward process, no surprises. Met various members of leadership and discussed roles and responsibilities. Would recommend learning about the company prior to the interview process - which is true for any company that you interview with.

Initial phone interview, and then scheduled for an in-person interview. I was told they were waiting on a contract award before an offer would be extended. Went through a second in-person interview four months later and again was told that they were waiting on a contract award before an offer would be extended
