Interview
This has been by far the worst company for which I have interviewed. They contacted me regarding an opening in their APM Terminals team due to an ongoing hiring drive. On that day, there were two rounds of interviews (technical and behavioural) conducted. A few days later, the HR department informed me that there would be an additional behavioural interview round. I agreed to it and participated in the interview. Again, after a few days, she called me to inform me about yet another behavioural round. When I inquired, she mentioned that all the previous rounds had yielded positive feedback, but they wanted one more round with some senior professionals. I reluctantly agreed and completed the interview. It has now been almost four weeks, and I have not received any communication regarding the outcome of the interview. I made several attempts to contact the HR via phone and email, but she ignored my messages each time. There was one instance where she responded, stating that there was some sort of production issue and promised to get back to me in two days, which never happened. I find it hard to believe that this company, which behaves so unprofessionally and irresponsibly, has received high ratings on Glassdoor. When they requested three rounds of behavioural interviews for a technical position, I should have been more cautious. It seems they are not genuinely committed to the hiring process and certainly do not value the time of their candidates. It appears to be a group of unprofessional individuals managing the hiring process.
