I applied on linked in. And then someone reach out to me on email. The first interview was suppose to be a discussion about the position. But ended up being a phone interview .They ask me a few questions then asked me to take a competency test. The test was about 50 or more questions

I scheduled an appointment with the recruiter for a phone interview. The recruiter gave me her phone number to text or call he with any questions or concerns during the process, she was very responsive. After speaking with the recruiter, I completed an assessment online which tested my math, reading and comprehension skills. Afterwards the recruiter reached out and asked for an available day and time to talk with the regional and site director. I confirmed a day and time, and the interview was conducted. I received a offer the following Monday.
