I had applied through the portal of Mobileone after watching the recruitment. They contacted me through mail and asked to come to singapore for interview. I would be possible if they can arrange the travel & visa but they refused to do it. So I asked if it can be telephonic. Finally after 3 days of discussion they arranged telephonic interview. It was an technical round and I answered all the questions well, it was for 1 hour around. After 3 days of interview I got an call from HR saying, please send me your CV and personal documents for further process without asking me about the package. I forwarded the documents on the same day and I was waiting for another call from HR team. I waited for 15 days as there was no response, I tried to call back on the same numbers. No one was answering my calls. So I keep an mail remainder twice by that time. HR responded saying we are in discussion with the Management on the package, we will get back to you. I waited for other 15 days and given an mail, no response. other 15 days one more mail, no response. after 10 days again i tried to call them and given one more mail. Below was response after 2 months of mental torture " We have recently gone through some level of manpower re-structuring to better optimise our resources. As such, this additional role has been made obsolete recently. We sincerely thank you for your interest in this role and would be keeping your resume in our database for future reference. "
