There was a very simple coding interview then a technical interview. The last interview is supposed to be the final and behavioral interview but after I was told I had passed the technical and moved on the behavioral with the next steps being scheduling, I was ghosted by the recruiter for 2 weeks after emailing and just given a rejection email. For a company that was priding themselves on human interactions just felt extremely disingenuous and as if the recruiter forgot to schedule so felt it was easier to reject.

Coding test was like 2 lines of code, easier than leet easy
Speak with a current employee in a technology development program, answer basic behavioral questions, and explain the coding assessment to the interviewer. The process takes about 30 minutes. Then, I wait for a week to receive no offer.

Interview
It was handled very professionally. It was not to hard, but not to easy. Not many programming related questions more just general questions. It took about 45 minutes and that left time for me to ask questions about the position.
