Interview
Quite possibly the first interview where I felt empowered to be my authentic self and to have wide open questions answered truthfully. There were three parts- one with a founder and the VP of the US, one with the CMO (who I would report to), and then a follow up with the CMO. It was 100% positive and it was an amazing team to work with.

Why do I want to help change how the world drinks?
After expressing major interest in the role and company, I was ghosted during the interview process. Companies are doing this more and more these days and when a candidate genuinely wants to work for a company/role, sometimes all they need back is a yes or no and will not be frustrated. Candidates deserve more during an interview process than ghosting.
