I learned more about the company from a career fair at my university. I got an interview, and I had a 30-45 min. interview with them at the career center. A lot of the questions were situation questions of what I did and how I did it.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to deal with someone difficult and what you did to fix the problem or person.
Talked to them at the career fair. Got an interview shortly after on campus, one round just behavioral questions. Pretty standard and the interviewers were very nice. It was two interviewers.

Pretty standard interview. Met them at a career fair and did a phone interview, was given an offer in about 2 weeks after. Be warned that they do hair test.

Interview
It was pretty to the point. He just asked basic behavioral questions. It was not anything out of the ordinary, so do not worry too much about it. The guy was also fairly nice. It was virutal.
