During the interviews, all the staff and CEO were extremely forthcoming about the realistic details of position offered and open to meaningful questions about the responsibilities, team dynamics and general company culture. Everyone appeared to be very genuine during the three interviews I had over several weeks of the process.
Although I felt like the interviews went well, I felt that it was a significant lack of professionalism to schedule that quantity of interviews and then in the end, I was "ghosted". A full week after the last interview (several weeks after the first), it then took prompting to then several days later get a "Sorry, we are moving forward with other candidates." feedback. Which, is fine. There was no expectation or obligation for any other outcome. But it was a slight to terminate the interview process so shabbily. Maybe I caught them at a bad time.
It appears to be a great place to work (don't know). And, I think I would have been very happy with an offer, so I was disappointed at the outcome. I would apply again.
