Only had an initial 30 minute chat with CTO and someone else from the company. Background, what are you looking for, who we are, usual stuff. The CTO seemed to think it was perfectly fine to vape throughout the interview which I found quite arrogant and rude. They then took awhile to get back to me, and said I wouldn't be a culture fit which is ridiculous feedback to give from only a 30 minute chat. Maybe it's because I wasn't vaping as well?
