It was to the point, short and crisp. 1st round Interview taken by HR VP in details, next round was taken by CEO. By appearance he was very tough but things got eased after 2/3 question, then we had a exchange of information rather than question and answer

Two/three rounds of interview. First Round - With Marketing Head, He will drill you on your past experience and achievements process as well as driving sales. 2nd Round - With COO. He will ask broader question on basic marketing ans sales concepts, about the industry and trends, your views on it. 3rd Round - Many of them do not face this round, but this is with MD. I haven't met her in the interview rounds
