I had an interview with two technical interviewers, both with Russian accents. One interviewer was friendly, while the other seemed in a rush and came across as quite rude.
The technical depth of the questions suggested they were looking for more than just a Support Engineer—they seemed to expect a combination of Linux System Administration, Development, and DBA skills. This experience made me feel that the work environment could be demanding and possibly toxic, so I decided it wouldn’t be the right fit for me.
