 Setup and engagement development within following streams: data governance, Teradata DWH development and performance engineering, Big Data DWH implementation. In total up to 5 projects with total headcount of 35 FTE.  Lead each direction from scratch till stable delivery: business needs clarification, team hiring, knowledge transfer, delivery framework setup, PM supervising.
