LuxGive interview questions

One of the most positive interview processes I have experienced. The People and Culture Manager was highly communicative, and it was one of the first interviews where I was asked whether there were any accommodations I needed to feel comfortable. She answered all questions about the culture thoroughly and was transparent about the process. The next step was a meeting with the Head of BD, which was also a positive experience.

3 interviews total. First was screening, second with a test encounter that took over 1 hour. Third interview was with management. Was promised an update after 1 week, but heard nothing for the next 2-3 weeks.
