It was a phone screening interview that lasted 20 minutes, however initially I was told it was just a call that would last 5 to 10 mins. It was a pleasant conversation between us and I felt like it went very well until the last question. The salary was not advertised in the job post and when I applied online the job description was very small ( not full ). I was asked what was my last salary and then when I gave the answer I was asked what was the salary before that. After that he said thank you and they will let me know.
