Lengthy and intense. I did three rounds of interviews not including initial screen. 45 minutes with recruiter, 1.5 hours with hiring manager, and then a year hour on site interview in PA, even though my role would have been in NYC. There was also a skills/behavior assessment that took 2 hours.
