Met Lutron representatives at information session, had on-campus interview the next day. This consisted of several brain-teasers we worked through together and some questions about my previous work experience. Some weeks later I had a phone interview with a hiring manager that was focused on questions about myself and some HR details. After another couple weeks I had a technical phone interview that consisted of some more brainteasers and an object-oriented programming scenario. I recieved an offer two weeks later.

The interview is fairly straight forward with questions about your resume and experience. Basic programming questions are asked. You might be asked to explain two approaches to same programming problem.
