Interview
The interview was done online, via video uploading. for behavioural questions, you had unlimited tries, but for technical or intelligence questions, you had 30 seconds to read the questions and then the video would start immediately. Some questions were easy, some not very easy. I still don't know if I will get the position or not, but I don't think I will. But it was a good experience.

Why does the circuit breaker not protect the circuit from the lightning?
There will be an aptitude test first consisting of IQ questions related to mechanical and electrical engineering setting. Then a video interview with a manager. He will ask basic circuit analysis questions and networking related. Then a 5 hour long interview with a roleplay with customer, troubleshooting a problem, and HR related questions

commissioning Lutron lighting systems and shading solutions. background in electrical field and IT helps to deal with Electrical contractors and customers. The interview was a great way to learn the company culture and values

The interview was a whole day session with breaks. I think I had three or four sessions. Some were role play, one was with hr and one was with a psychologist.
