Lutheran Hospital interview questions

It was basically the same questions in any interview (strengths/weaknesses, teamwork, etc.) with a major focus on communication importance, HIPAA practices, multitasking skills, and initiative ability. There were a couple of hypothetical situation -type questions that required common sense and clear judgement.
