It started with an initial video call with a team member to understand my experience in a nutshell. I then had an in-person interview with the Chief People Officer to dive deeper into my experience. I was invited back for an in-person interview with the Team Lead, followed by an interview simulation, where I conducted an HR interview with a candidate. The Team Lead researched me before our interview which was impressive. Last, was a reference check.
