Interview
There were two group interviews, the one I was in had around 14 candidates. Its was a very relaxed and fun interview, it felt more like a LUSH party than an interview! The night consisted of three main activities:
1. In pairs we were tasked to sell a particular product to a different pair. Each pair was given two unique facts about the product which we were to use to sell the product.
2. In small groups we were given a shopping basket and a particular celebrity for whom to pick out gifts. Then we presented them and said why we picked those gifts.
3. In small groups we got to give a group demonstration of a product from the bath/shower range. We had a short amount of time to pick our product, remember key ingredients and show off the product to the rest of the candidates.
At the end we were given a goodie bag!

Interview
It was very interactive loved the vibe. There were scenario based role playing questions it was all fun. Research about the company before going for an interview. Be confident to speak.
Busy and full of people, but they tried to keep it fun and light which was nice. A lot about scent and memorising the ingredients and their properties. Although you get a sense that the rules about customer approaching is pretty intense straight away

Interview
I applied early October, received an interview a few weeks later. The interview was about two days after I received the email. It was an online group interview that felt very casual, welcoming and informal. Made sure I answered the questions proactively, asked questions at the end to show interest and allowed my personality and love for LUSH to shine through when answering the questions. They were very accommodating about my week-long holiday during the festive season. Received an offer a few hours after the interview and accepted.
