Afternoon of group interviews (approximately 15 people), with group collaboration tasks including problems solving through discussion and presentation - and a short 1:1 interview. The biggest challenge was ensuring that you were supportive of other applicants, without fading into the background - or overpowering the discussion.

The interview was fairly lengthy, comprising of a standard question-answer format in addition to a group interview section, where they assessed team compatibility through ice-breaker style problem solving of ‘real-world’ events.
