Lune Spark interview questions

The interview was relatively tame and straightforward albeit awkward, whenever questions were asked they were not met with the level of enthusiasm this place tries to portray. Be aware, ghosting is a big part of the interview process. Initially I was reached out to schedule an interview and when I responded with some dates they never responded. Fast forward to six months later they reached out again and ghosted me again, I sent a follow up calling them out on it and they finally scheduled the interview. I was offered the position and accepted, once again ghosted and they never sent in the contract/offer letter. Highly disappointed with how it’s ran and honestly an indication of the source of communication standards of the facility.
