I applied online and received an email the following day to set up a phone interview. The interviewer was not prepared. He told me about the company which involved asking me to pull up their website if I wanted more info. He said he was new and did not know much about the actual position and was not able to answer any of my questions. He said he was going to talk to his hiring manager and get back to me and I never heard back.
