Interview
The interview took place for 2 hours. 45 mins for the test, and 45 mins for the interview. They asked and expected specific answers in detail. For instance, How would you promote Luminate Education Group as a brand? I answered by saying about how I would attract a diverse group of people by attending different events as job fairs, University events for a lower pay scale role.

1. How would you promote Luminate Education Group as a brand?
Panel interview with fairly standard competency-based questions. A presentation and a short skills-based test. The interview was very conversational, allowing me to ask questions throughout about the role and the wider department.
Just one interview for the process, with a task and 10 questions. Basic knowledge of policies and education needed (e.g. What is PREVENT/Safeguarding?) I was able to answer the questions with ease, and more or so gave an answer relating to previous jobs or something outside of work, which they liked.
