The video interview felt a bit strange, as there was no real human interaction. However, the candidate communicated clearly, understood the role well, and showed potential, despite lacking specific examples.
Hirevue with a few questions and 2 games to play. Then call with a recruiter and they ask a few behavioral questions. Then a panel interview with hiring manager and few other people. I am currently in the interview process.

They used HireVue for a screening process that is AI driven and goes through several meeting scenarios. A real person doesnt review them - as they are all AI driven and all you get is a score of low, middle, high.
