Applied online. Received an email for a phone interview. Never heard a word after the phone interview. Experience was less than ideal. Interviewer made it clear he did not have time for me. Even if I wasn't the right fit, follow up is usually courteous

It was pretty straightforward. I got a call from a recruiter, scheduled interview with the hiring manager, team, and executive. everything was done through email and phone call. If i had a question i could just contact the recruiter
