I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Lucid Motors
Interview
Submitted application online. About a week later received a call from a recruiter to set up an over the phone interview with one of their engineers. Overall I have to say it was one of the best interviews I've had. It wasn't easy but it was a great experience.

Question 1
Nothing too complicated. Went over a few simple problems and asked me about engineering fundamentals.
Had an Interview with the hiring manager. He asked very technical questions that were related to the domain. Was rejected after the first round. Good experience with the process and team.

Question 1
Explain the most important project from your previous work experience
The process is fair. A short HR round and then a few technical rounds. Focused a lot on basic physics and principles. Although the questions may be a little bit difficult, they will lead you and try to assess your ability to solve problems.
