Luca International interview questions

It took three months after the first interview to get an onsite interview. Was verbally offered a job from the CEO and it took them over 5 weeks to get the job offer in writing. Half the people who I interviewed with on the phone shared information that was more of a warning than anything else. I should have listened to my gut.
