The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lubrizol in Feb 2011
Interview
I had a campus interview. It only lasted 30 minutes. I was interviewed by one recruiter and there was an HR with him. The first part consisted of going over the company and what I would be doing as a co-op. The second half was three behavioral questions. The first question was 'Tell us a recent experience when you had to verbally share your point of view to a peer'. Second, 'When was the last time you had to make a difficult decision' and the last one was something about team work with peers. They said they would contact me soon but I didn't hear back.
