Lubbock Fine interview questions

I was approached by a recruitment company who organised the interviews. So after an initial call with Austin Rose, i have a phone interview with the Head of People, followed by an in person interview with the Head of People and COO

There were 3 stages: One chat with the Head of People, one with the Marketing Manager and last one with the COO along with a partner and the marketing manager. The first two were informal chats and the latter was more professional.
