Long Interview Process with No Follow-Up
I had an in-person interview at their Oakland office, which lasted over three hours. The process included a Revit test (about an hour), two separate interviews with different teams, and an office tour. While I appreciated the opportunity to meet the team and learn more about the firm, I was disappointed by the complete lack of follow-up.
After investing significant time in the interview and commute, I never received any response...neither a rejection nor an update. A simple follow-up, even just a "no," would have been the professional thing to do. Unfortunately, this lack of communication reflects poorly on the firm and raises concerns about how they treat employees.

Question 1
Revit tasks, talk through your portfolio, why did you apply to our firm, what are your short and long term goals, all pretty typical questions.
The interview was a pleasant and overall a great experience. The interviewers were all professional and asked great questions. I went through 2 rounds of interviews. The interview flowed and we had great conversations.
