I was interviewed by two people. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. It was pretty standard for this type of position, mostly situational questions. They do ask you to prepare a five minute "story" about an item that is significant to you. Presenting the story was the first part of the interview.

Interview
Long conversation in a room with two administrators, had me prepare a speech about an object that I brought in. Had to fill out basic information a lot of times which is expected from these places with a lot of bureaucracy. Often felt like I was being tested on my political correctness, which was extremely nerve wracking. Was not asked about my skills I would bring to situations in the workplace at all. All ideological and had me guessing which buzzwords I should use and I ended up fumbling.
