Long process, asked alot of questions and given mock calls to read through. Interviewer was lovely and friendly but very much sold how easy it was to meet all targets and get commission. Didn't discuss how mentally taxing the negative calls are and constantly being pushed to do better.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Lowell (Leeds, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
I initially applied for a Legal Recoveries Associate which I was unsuccessful due to lack of experience. I received a call from Anete who advised me of this but then offered me the opportunity to have a phone interview for the Customer Account Associate position (I can’t thank Anete enough for doing this ) phone interview was a chat through my CV, explaining the role and a couple of competency based questions. I was then invited to attend an assessment day/interview which consisted of an ice breaker, group exercise, role play call and a competency based interview.

Interview
I had a phone interview with competency questions, followed by a face to face interview with the same questions and a role play. The 1:1 interview was the following day, some of my colleagues attended a group interview rather than a 1:1.
