Scheduled interview by messages on cell phone.
Upon arrival 3 new hires were training in interview location. I was asked to complete an availability form and asked a few questions. upon completion I inquired when a hiring decison or additional interview would be scheduled. I was not asked for identification. I felt that the interviewer was lacking in both appearance and professionalism.

They asked me personal questions like hobbies I do and stuff outside of work. Asked about prior experience. The usual stuff. No questions like what would you do in this situation.
