Interview
Process took roughly two weeks. I initially applied online with a short video interview just answering a few basic questions. Within a few days I was contacted to come in for an interview. The questions were fairly easy given I had previous customer service experience. Regional manager made the interview very comfortable. I enjoyed the interview experience, it was professional but also very welcoming. A few days after this interview I was contacted once again and offered the position.

Group interview comprising some activities with 2 interviewers in-store,
introduction (they put you in pair and get to know each other and asked you to introduce that person to them) , group activity (styling), Q&A section

It was pretty good and easy. Filled out online application got and mail for the interview. And then the face to face interview where they asked basic questions like why do I want to work for Lovisa, any previous relevant experience if any.

It was an informal kind of interview where there's ice-breaker activities where you choose jewellery from the store and explain why you chose it etc.
