Interview
The managers were very nice and welcoming, but seemed like it was their first time going through the hiring process. It did not seem like they had reviewed my application prior to the interview by the way they made up questions on the spot. They barely referred to my resume at all. Despite these things, they were very welcoming and were not intimidating one bit, especially to a candidate who is new to the interview process themselves.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Loving Hut (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview process was mostly seeing when I was free and then inviting me to a second interview where I got trained and worked for a couple hours to see how I would do.
