I applied through university. I interviewed at Loto-Québec (Montreal, QC) in Oct 2022
Interview
A normal, supervised interview, but about a job posting that is morally doubtful. I was not comfortable about the implications of what the job implies. This changed the mood of the interview, and the tactfulness of my answers.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Loto-Québec (Montreal, QC) in Jul 2025
Interview
Got a call from HR for a first screening and to schedule an interview with hiring managers. One of the two hiring managers didn't show up for the interview. I was told during the first screening that the company understands when recruiting interns that we don't necessarily have professional experience or understanding of what the work environment is like, and yet during the interview, I was asked work-environment-specific questions. I never got any kind of update/answer back.

Question 1
At work, would you prioritize a project that is well done but late or a project that works fine but is on time?
Nice people, good interview process, general tech questions, presenting responsibility's and behavioral questions. Nothing too hard. They also present the company a lot. Good competitive salary compared to other competitors especially for a public company.
