I interviewed at Los Angeles Public Library (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
First there is a screening interview where you are asked a set of questions. From this you are given a numerical score. There are so many applicants that you have to score in the 90's to be eligible for an interview for an actual job opening. Many of the people getting the jobs are just recently out of library school or do not have many years of experience in the field.

Interview
Straight forward and smooth. The hiring team is very responsive and answered all of my questions. It was a pretty easy atmosphere and a fairly quick interview process. Bilingual abilities were required for my specific location so make sure to note those special requirements.
